Common questions, straight answers

Yes. Your data is protected by design. We do not need your broker login, we do not store account passwords, and no one on our team can see sensitive account details. The journal only uses the trade data required to show your analytics and coaching.
Yes. Early access members get 14 days free. No credit card required upfront. Use the journal for two weeks — if it hasn't changed how you look at your trades, walk away. We'd rather you leave than pay for something that isn't working for you.
Yes. One click, done. No "are you sure?" loops, no retention offers, no support ticket required. Cancel mid-month and you keep access until your billing period ends. We built cancellation to be as easy as signup — because that's how it should work.
Not for early access members. Whatever you sign up at during launch, that's your rate — locked in for as long as you stay subscribed. If we ever raise prices for new users, existing subscribers get at least two months' notice and a clear explanation of why.
At launch: MT4, MT5, and cTrader exports (standard HTML or CSV). Most retail brokers on these platforms work automatically. Direct API connections for popular regulated brokers are coming in Q3 2026. If your broker isn't supported at launch, CSV import works as a fallback and your broker goes to the top of our integration list.
No. If you're placing trades and want to understand what's actually happening in your performance, the journal works for you — whether you've been trading for three months or ten years. The more trades you log, the more useful the pattern detection becomes.
